Delivery conditions
1. Shipping:
All products carefully packed and secured before they are shipped. Since Smartkit - SyWiTec has no control over the parcels once they are shipped, we assume no responsibility for any damage that might occur while the parcel in transit. Any claim regarding this matter should be addressed to the carrier.
Our usual shipping method is ground shipping. The parcel takes 5-10 business days to be delivered. Extra shipping charges might apply for overseas and rush delivery. This can be arranged through special email request.
2. Returns:
We do not accept returns without an RA#. Please email us to request a return authorization number which will be valid for 7 days. To receive a credit or refund parts must be returned within 2 weeks from the date of shipping. Replacement and exchange are for the same item number only. A 30% restocking charge will be imposed on items due to customer errors.
